Vladimir Putin sent his greetings to the participants and guests of the Grand Final of the ninth KARDO International Street Culture and Sports Competition and Award, which is taking place in Vladivostok.
The message reads, in part:
“It is gratifying to see your vibrant, original project grow, bringing together young men and women from across Russia and abroad year after year. Participating in sports competitions, creative contests, and educational, outreach, and cultural programmes offers a wonderful opportunity for aspiring artists, performers, fashion designers, and musicians to showcase their talents and receive meaningful support.
I am confident that the 2026 KARDO Grand Final will take place in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding, contribute to strengthening international humanitarian cooperation and youth ties, and, of course, become a memorable event for residents and visitors to the Primorye Territory capital.”
