In southwest New Mexico, Eastern Black Range Foothills, Lowlands of the Bootheel, Southwest Desert/Lower Gila River Valley, Southwest Desert/Mimbres Basin and Uplands of the Bootheel. * WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon through late Wednesday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Abundant moisture has moved into the region and scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms will redevelop Wednesday afternoon and continue into the overnight hours.
