The Science and Technology Commission (CCT) discussed on Tuesday (30) the creation of the Cyber Security Legal Framework.PL 4.752/2025,Senator Esperidião Amin's (PP-SC) bill creates a national policy for the protection of public data and the maintenance of essential services in the event of digital attacks, such as the recent invasion of the Civil Defense system. According to debaters,a country with one of the world's largest digital governments is also one of the most exposed to digital attacks.
