The Constitution and Justice Commission (CCJ) of the Senate approved on Wednesday (1st) a billPL 3.085/2026Bill that makes special appeal criteria more stringent presented to the Superior Court of Justice (STJ). At the same meeting, the CCJ approved the PL 2.672/2025Law that increases sentences for crimes committed against health and education professionals in the exercise of their duties.
