River Road and a few county roads are closed by high water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.5 feet and rising. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.4 feet this evening.
