We have launched a tender for our next Civil Legal Aid Operator Services and Defence Solicitor Contact Centre contract.
The tender is being run through a Crown Commercial Service framework. Only bidders on this framework are eligible, and they’ll be invited to apply directly.
Why is this happening now?
The current LAA contact centre contract is coming to an end. We’re procuring the next contract now to make sure the service continues without interruption.
This tender is only open to suppliers on the relevant Crown Commercial Service framework. It is not an open tender. Eligible suppliers will be invited to apply.
