FFWGJT The National Weather Service in Grand Junction has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... South Central Grand County in east central Utah... * Until 545 PM MDT. * At 254 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1.8 to 2.5 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.8 to 1.2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
