Hatoyama: Japan's rising defense spending raises concerns

Speaking at the 13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum, former Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama says he is concerned about Japan's move to sharply increase defense spending. He also stresses the importance of dialogue and good relations with neighboring countries, while saying constitutional amendment in Japan to bolster its defense capabilities will not be easy.
