Audio: Law to incentivize the installation of data centers is sanctioned

The Presidency of the Republic has approved the granting of tax exemptions to encourage the installation of data centers in the country. Published inOfficial Gazette of the UnionWednesday (16), toLaw 15.504, of 2026,considered strategic, the need for counterpart provision by companies participating in the Redata program, as well as sanctions in case of non-compliance with the legislation.
