At 456 PM EDT, Emergency management reported thunderstorms producing flash flooding in north Clayton and south Fulton counties, including at the interchange of I-85 and I-285 and also near Forest Park. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
