* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...The southern Gila Region in southwestern New Mexico, including most of northern GRant County, and far western Sierra County near the Black Range. * WHEN...From 11 AM MDT this morning through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Increasing upper level moisture and a series of upper level disturbances will lead to rounds of thunderstorms capable of producing torrential downpours.
