Waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL from 20 to 60 NM excluding the territorial waters of Bahamas... * Until 515 PM EDT. * At 452 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 10 nm east of Hillsboro Beach, or 10 nm east of Lighthouse Point, moving east at 15 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas.
