At 751 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms will end soon across the warned area. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen this morning. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly due to runoff from the heavy rainfall. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
