
Ukrinform reported this, citing the State Emergency Service.
“As a result of a Russian UAV attack, a shopping center was destroyed and one person was injured. A fire broke out. Rescue workers extinguished the blaze, which covered a total area of more than 10,000 square meters,” the statement reads.
It is noted that the operation was complicated by constant threats of repeated enemy strikes, which forced firefighters to take cover.
“Emergency rescue operations have been completed. All of the city’s emergency services were on the scene,” the State Emergency Service added.

As reported by Ukrinform, on the evening of September 17, a fire broke out in one of the shopping centers in Zaporizhzhia as a result of an attack by enemy drones.
