In southeast Wisconsin, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Racine, Walworth and Waukesha. * WHEN...Through early this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rounds of showers and storms with heavy rainfall rates should linger into this morning, moving through areas that have already received heavy rainfall. Another 1 to 2 inches of rainfall may occur into this morning.
