At 438 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain in near the interchange of I-20 and Villa Rica Hwy. Between 2.5 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
