At 110 PM MST, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in the warned area centered near Picture Rocks. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Marana, Drexel Heights, Three Points, Avra Valley, Pascua Pueblo Yaqui Reservation, Tucson Estates, Saguaro National Park West, Tucson Mountain Park, Valencia West, Picture Rocks and Ryan AirField.
