At 625 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the Havasu Creek basin. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. A stream gage on Cataract Creek below Topocoba Gorge near Supai recorded around a 5.0 foot rise at 6:00 PM MST. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding in and around the Havasu Creek basin. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
