The meetings are organized by the Directorate of Information Technology (DTI), the Information Technology Governance Nucleus (NGTI), and the committee responsible for reviewing the PDTIC. The meetings will be held via web conference, in a virtual room provided by the Rede Nacional de Ensino e Pesquisa (RNP).

The review was initiated with the first meeting of the committee, held on September 2nd. The process involves participatory construction, including the identification of needs related to infrastructure, connectivity, systems, and licenses.softwareartificial intelligence, information security, and other aspects of IT.
After the survey, the demands will be submitted to technical screening and consolidated in the Needs Inventory.
