At 951 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Raytown, with several side roads flooded. Though the heavy rainfall has ended, additional storms are possible later tonight, which may exacerbate flooding. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
