* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Maricopa County in south central Arizona... * WHEN...Until 800 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 502 PM MST, Gauge reports indicated several washes still above alarm stage from the heavy rain earlier due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Cave Creek, Beardsley Canal, Agua Fria River, Deadman Wash, Skunk Creek, New River, North Canyon Creek and Apache Wash. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
