This includes the Colorado River between river miles 79 and 92. * Until 615 PM MST. * At 234 PM MST, a river gauge on the Bright Angel Creek reported a rapid rise of over 5 feet from thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1.75 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
