East Central Ouray County in southwestern Colorado... Southwestern Gunnison County in west central Colorado... * Until 330 AM MDT Thursday. * At 917 PM MDT, the public reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the Gold Mountain Burn Scar. Between 0.2 and 0.4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving through the Cutler and Dexter Creek drainages. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.
