Travel could be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will quickly increase as a strong low pressure system moves into the northern gulf. Confidence is high that wind gusts will reach near 40 to 50 mph, but confidence remains lower that the Yakutat will experience wind gusts as high as 60 mph, although still possible.…
