Eastern Kane County in southern Utah... * WHEN...Until 800 AM MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, slot canyons, normally dry washes and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Waterways continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1100 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
