Northeastern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 228 PM EDT, The Ohio Department of Transportation reported that several roads remain closed due to flooding. In Vinton County, several roads remained closed including Highway 50 in the Bolins Mills area and in parts of McArthur. State Routes 681 and 356 remain closed in Athens County. Area creeks will begin to slowly recede to within their banks later this afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
