For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN, Wabash, Logansport...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...Wabash River near Linn Grove. * WHEN...Until Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Secondary roads are blocked. Roads near the east side of Geneva begin to flood.
