Northern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 945 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 616 PM EDT, Doppler radar and area rain gauges indicated between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain fell overnight resulting in creeks rising out of their banks and flooding adjacent roads. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
