* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Norfolk County in eastern Massachusetts... Southwestern Suffolk County in eastern Massachusetts... North Central Bristol County in southeastern Massachusetts... West Central Plymouth County in southeastern Massachusetts... * WHEN...Until 730 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 426 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
