Water also affects Watters Rd. Some residential evacuations may be needed. At 16.0 feet, Water closes Ranchero Rd in Waterloo. Some residential evacuations may occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 14.1 feet, and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 15.6 feet tomorrow evening.
