West Central Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia... Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia... Southeastern Lewis County in northern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. This includes portions of Sand Run Road and Heavner Grove Road in Buckhannon and Pleasant Ridge in French Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 755 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages...
