Southeastern Quay County in east central New Mexico... East Central Roosevelt County in east central New Mexico... * Until 500 AM MDT. * At 245 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated another round of thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 3 inches of rain fell last evening. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area early this morning. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
