Clay County in southwestern Georgia... Quitman County in southwestern Georgia... Randolph County in southwestern Georgia... * Until 745 AM EDT /645 AM CDT/. * At 442 AM EDT /342 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area.
