* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of the South Plains, including the following counties, Hale, Hockley, Lubbock, Lynn, Terry and Yoakum. * WHEN...Through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms are expected through early Wednesday.
