Vladimir Putin signed an Order On a Special Decision Regarding the Execution of a Transaction by the Limited Liability Company SOFTEX.
In accordance with Presidential Executive Order No. 520, dated August 5, 2022, On the Application of Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel and Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, the President has resolved to permit SOFTEX Limited Liability Company to execute a transaction to purchase a 100 percent stake in the authorised capital of the Limited Liability Company Non-Banking Credit Organisation Western Union DP Vostok, currently held by WESTERN UNION FINANCIAL SERVICES EASTERN EUROPE.
