* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of central and southwest Nebraska, including the following counties, in central Nebraska, Custer. In southwest Nebraska, Chase, Frontier, Hayes, Lincoln and Perkins. * WHEN...From 7 PM CDT /6 PM MDT/ this evening through Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms could produce heavy rainfall late this afternoon into the evening. A lull in precipitation is then likely from late this evening though the overnight hours.
