FFWABQ The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Southeastern Lincoln County in central New Mexico... * Until 1115 PM MDT. * At 524 PM MDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in eastern Lincoln county. Roads are becoming covered in water, including Alamo Canyon Road which is closed and impassable. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
