Southeastern Socorro County in central New Mexico... * Until 1145 PM MDT. * At 924 PM MDT, trained weather spotters reported flooded roads on White Sands Missile Range in southeast Socorro County. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
