Northern Gage County in southeastern Nebraska... Central Lancaster County in southeastern Nebraska... Northeastern Saline County in southeastern Nebraska... Southeastern Seward County in southeastern Nebraska... * WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1136 PM CDT, the public reported ongoing water rescues in portions of Lincoln. Flooding is ongoing. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
