Thomas County in northwestern Kansas... Western Gove County in west central Kansas... Logan County in west central Kansas... * WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 636 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in the warned area. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
