In addition, lowland flooding along the river begins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 7.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this afternoon to 14.7 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late this evening to 6.8 feet Saturday morning. It will rise to 7.7 feet Saturday evening.
