This road leads to Rosita Creek Flats Recreation Area, where primitive camping occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 3.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 7.5 feet tomorrow morning.
