Northwestern Hill County in central Texas... * Until 900 AM CDT. * At 625 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain continuing along a line from Cranfills Gap to Lake Whitney to Covington. Radar estimates over 3 inches of rain has fallen in the past couple of hours. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
