  1. Launch of the Tender:October 2, 2026.
  2. Registration for the Competition and Submission of Enabling Documents(Registration and submission of documents to the addressconcursos@conmebol.comwith a copy of the tax identification number): October 11, 2026 until 23:59 h.
  3. Technical visit:October 12, 2026 at 10:00 am at the CONMEBOL Logistics Center
  4. Reception of Doubts and Questions:October 13, 2026, until 6:00 pm.
  5. CONMEBOL Responses:October 15, 2026, until 18:00 h.
  6. Proposal Submission:October 25, 2026, until 23:59 h.
  7. Award:Within 30 days following receipt of offers.

  • All times specified are to be considered under the Paraguayan time zone.
  • No offers received outside the deadline specified in the preceding table will be accepted.
