If SC is still, unfortunately, in the lead regarding femicide cases, praise is due for the creative initiatives to contain them. We already have the red benches, to draw attention to the fight against all forms of violence against women. Now, the yellow benches are beginning to appear, a new way to break the silence about suicide. The first one was installed last week in front of the courthouse in Tubarão.
