The President signed Executive Order On Amendments to Presidential Executive Order No 723 of October 7, 2022, On Additional Special Economic Measures in the Fuel and Energy Sector in Response to Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations.
Under the amendment, the funds accumulated pursuant to Article XX of the Agreement will be managed by Sakhalinmorneftegaz-Shelf joint-stock company, which is required to submit quarterly reports on the management of these funds to the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
