ALCE: We are working to bring our scientists closer to China

The Latin American and Caribbean Space Agency (ALCE) and the China-based International Deep Space Exploration Association signed a memorandum of cooperation this week. The MOU was signed at the International Deep Space Exploration Conference in Hefei. ALCE Secretary General, Oscar Fredy Gonzalez Rivera, told CGTN that it's the beginning of what's hoped to become a deep-rooted collaboration.
