Security Council, 10221st Meeting (PM) Terrorist Acts

This afternoon, the Security Council will hold an open briefing on counter-terrorism to mark 25 years since the 11 September 2001 terrorist attacks against the United States. Council members will hear briefings from senior UN counter-terrorism officials and the Executive Director of the Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism. The Council is also expected to adopt a presidential statement on counter-terrorism.
