West Central Clay County in north central West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 446 AM EDT, doppler radar indicated heavy rain had fell across the warned area on Saturday, ranging anywhere from 2 to 6 inches.
