At 657 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated another thunderstorm producing heavy rain approaching the warned area. As this storm crosses the area between now and 8 PM, an additional 0.5 to 1.0 inches of rain is expected over portions of the San Rafael Swell, including Muddy Creek, Ramp, Cistern, Ding, Dang, Bell, Little Wildhorse, Crack and Chute Canyons. This wil result in another flood wave moving through these drainages. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of slot canyons and normally dry washes. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... The Chute of Muddy Creek, Little Wildhorse Canyon, Ding and Dang Canyons, Crack and Chute Canyons, as well as portions of Goblin Valley State Park.…
